Veronica Forsman is your life coach! 

 After 20 years working in leadership and team development roles, I decided to take my skills and gifts and put them to work on a more purposeful path to support individuals in living their best life with hope and joy, purpose and fulfillment.

I love the opportunity I get to reflect back to individuals their beautiful traits and strengths at a time when they may not be standing at a vantage point to see them for themselves. To offer hope to someone else, a fresh challenge and the opportunity to grow in the journey - this is my desire.

I act as a human mirror for individuals.

What do I want for your life?

I want for your life what we all want for our lives…to have balance, to see the hope in tomorrow, to believe in potential, in self, in the kind of life we all deserve to live.

Life is hard. So many pressures at work, at home and in this, we have created the ability to place an unbelievable level of pressure on ourselves to be to others what we cannot even be to ourselves.

We've lost the ability to see who we really are and all we can be. It's more about just getting through the day, worrying about tomorrow and berating ourselves over yesterday instead of living in this moment, celebrating our wins and strengthening ourselves so we can work towards making tomorrow count not just for us but for others.

Somewhere along the line, fear became a strong force in life and fear is the enemy.

Together, we will uncover your personal strengths and gifts, the things that make you want to get up in the morning and take on the day, and in learning who you are, your gifts, your strengths and what you value most in life, we will conquer the fears, uncertainty and all those other things that are keeping you from living the life you most desire.

I want to be your coach because I believe in you and I want to support you in taking all of the things you want for your life and turn them into a reality so that at the end of our journey together, you will be unstoppable and be able to pass the strength you've gained onto others.

Each of us has certain gifts and abilities and I believe my purpose in this life is to come alongside others with my strengths and experiences and be an encourager, a strong tower, a fear fighter, a cheer leader, a conscience, a driver and force and ultimately, your coach.
